Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease and flour 9"x13" pan.

CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or sausage

TOPPINGS:

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce or favorite pizza sauce
1 lg. block Mozzarella cheese, grated
Pepperoni
Olives
Onions
Peppers

While browning meat, mix flour, seasoning, eggs and milk; this will be runny like cake batter. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle browned meat over top and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is brown.

Remove crust and pour on sauce, then sprinkle 1/4 of cheese over sauce then add desired toppings. Cover with rest of cheese. Return pizza to oven until cheese melts. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
