SAUSAGE CHEDDAR QUICHE 
1 (9") deep dish pie shell, unbaked
1 lb. hot sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained & sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. fresh parsley, minced or 1/2 tsp. dehydrated parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
Dash garlic
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Brown sausage; drain. Beat eggs; add milk. Stir remaining ingredients into egg and milk mixture. Pour into pie shell that has not been baked. Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Use knife to test for being done.
