SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
4 brown & serve sausage links, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
2 tbsp. dried minced onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & well drained
1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded

Line unbaked pie shell with a double thickness of foil, bake for 8 minutes at 450 degrees. Remove foil. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes more or until golden. Remove from oven; set aside. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, cook sausage and mushrooms 5 minutes or until sausage is brown, then drain. In a medium bowl combine the eggs, soup, onion, and pepper. Stir in the sausage mixture, broccoli, and 3/4 cup of the cheese. Pour mixture into the baked shell. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand about 10 minutes. Makes 6 main dish servings.
