SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. Bryan pampered pork sausage, mild
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Biscuit mix
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Fry sausage, drain and crumble evenly into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix well remaining ingredients. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until browned on top. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
