SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
1 deep dish pie shell 1 c. shredded cheese (Lappi, Swiss, mozzarella) 1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine 1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine 5 lg. or 6 med. eggs 1 c. half & half milk 1/2 lb. sausage (fry & drain) Line bottom of pie shell with sausage. Spread cheese on top, then sprinkle onion and pepper on top of cheese. Beat eggs and add milk; then pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 45 minutes). |
