PORK CHOPS WITH SAUERKRAUT AND
PINEAPPLE
 
6 rib pork chops
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion

Brown pork chops in oil. Remove and put into a casserole. Cover with kraut, pineapple, onion, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350°F, covered, for 45 minutes.

Serves 6.
