GAZPACHO COLD SOUP 
2 lg. peeled tomatoes
1 lg. cuke
1 med. onion
1 med. pepper
1 pimiento
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato juice
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Dash Tabasco
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Minced garlic
Croutons or chives

Place everything in a blender and puree. Chill until time to serve. Serves 6 to 8.
