GAZPACHO SOUP 
3 ripe tomatoes, seeded, peeled & chopped
1 green pepper, seeded & cut into chunks
1 onion (med.), sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. tomato juice
Dash cayenne pepper

Combine all in blender or food processor and blend until smooth, except tomato juice. When smooth add tomato juice; mix well. Chill in covered container. Garnish with chopped parsley.
