GAZPACHO CHILLED SOUP 
2 lg. ripe tomatoes
1 lg. green pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. mixed herbs - chives, parsley, basil, chervil, and tarragon
1 Spanish onion
1 c. peeled, seeded cucumbers (lg. dices)
1 fresh scallion

Chop all of the above ingredients then place into food processor. Then gradually add the following: 3 tbsp. lime juice 1 c. chilled chicken stock or beef stock (use one bouillon cube dissolved in water) 2 c. V-8 juice 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. Tabasco - add more if desired, more spicy

Place soup in container and chill about 2 hours before serving. Garnish with scallions or garlic croutons.
