CHEESY SAUSAGE QUICHE 
3/4 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In skillet fry sausage until brown. Remove sausage and drain. Reserve 2 tablespoons fat. Saute onion and green pepper 2 to 3 minutes. Mix sausage with cheese, flour, onion and green pepper. Spread in pie crust shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
