BAKED VIDALIA ONIONS 
4-6 lg. Vidalia onions
4-6 tbsp. butter
4-6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Heavy duty aluminum foil

Peel onions. Core the onions and remove a section approximately the diameter of a quarter. Do not cut through the bottom. Fill the cavity with a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce per onion. Place each onion on a square of foil. Bring the edges of the foil to the top center and twist firmly. Place on a flat cooking pan; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until soft. Serves 4 to 6. Serve in place of baked potatoes.
