OATMEAL PIE CRUST 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. butter
2 or 3 tbsp. cold water

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in the butter. Mix in water (1 tablespoon at a time) until mixture leaves the sides of the bowl. Roll out 1/8 inch thick and bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and fill with desired pudding or other type of filling.
