THE BEST AND SUPER EASY PEACH
COBBLER
 
The best and easiest cobbler recipe ever! Always a hit!

2 (29 oz. ea.) cans sliced peaches, drained
1 box yellow cake mix
2 cups (4 sticks) melted butter

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In 13x9-inch glass baking dish, add both cans of "well drained" peaches. On top sprinkle powdered cake mix evenly on top. Pour melted butter all over top of cake mix.

Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes or until well browned.

Serve with Butter Pecan ice cream.

Susan - I am going to attempt to cut this recipe in half and use an 8x8 glass dish. Will have to keep a check on the baking time for sure.... but this sounds great with very little effort... Think I might add a few chopped pecans on top of the cake mix - before the butter. Thank you for submitting this.
