SAUSAGE AND EGG QUICHE 
1 frozen pie shell
6 oz. pkg. pork sausage, cooked and drained
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Cover uncooked pie shell with half of the cheese. Layer sausage over this. Cover with remaining cheese. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Pour egg mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
