SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 c. shredded cheese (I use sharp)
2 sm. cartons sour cream
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 (9 inch) deep dish pastry shells

Cook shells a little until lightly browned. Put in sausage and pour remaining ingredients on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
