RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. finely diced rhubarb
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Mix all together putting rhubarb and nuts in last. Bake in regular loaf pans.

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Spread on top of loaves and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
