RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. nuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Mix brown sugar, oil, egg, sour milk, salt, soda and vanilla in order given. Next mix and add flour, nuts and rhubarb. Put in greased bread pan. Blend together topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
