RHUBARB NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced fresh rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat together brown sugar, oil, and egg. Mix soda, salt, vanilla, and sour milk. Add to first mixture. Add the flour, rhubarb, and lastly nuts. Pour batter in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle top with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 60 minutes.
