RHUBARB NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, diced fine

Beat first three ingredients. Mix soda, salt, vanilla and sour milk. Add to first mixture. Add flour. Stir in rhubarb and nuts last. Sprinkle the top with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tbsp. butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
