RHUBARB NUT BREAD 
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. diced fresh rhubarb
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat together brown sugar, egg, and oil. Mix baking soda, salt, vanilla, and sour milk; add to first mixture. Add flour, then rhubarb and nuts. Pour batter into greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with mixture of 12 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
