DILL POTATO SALAD | |
2 1/2 lb. boiled-in-the-jacket potatoes, cubed 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped DRESSING: 1 1/2 cups salad dressing (your favorite) 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. dill pickle relish 2 tsp. yellow mustard 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. turmeric Add chilled potatoes and eggs in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in smaller bowl until well blended. Add dressing to potatoes and eggs, mix until blended. Chill before serving. Submitted by: smille |
