DILL POTATO SALAD 
2 1/2 lb. boiled-in-the-jacket potatoes, cubed
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

DRESSING:

1 1/2 cups salad dressing (your favorite)
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dill pickle relish
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Add chilled potatoes and eggs in large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in smaller bowl until well blended. Add dressing to potatoes and eggs, mix until blended. Chill before serving.
