CHEESY SAUSAGE QUICHE 
3/4 lb. pork sausage links
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 deep dish pie crust shell
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fry sausage until cooked. Remove sausage and drain on paper towel. Reserve 2 tablespoons of fat. Saute onion and green pepper in reserve fat for 2 to 3 minutes. Slice sausage. Combine cheese and flour. Stir in sausage slices, green pepper and onion. Spread in pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Cook on cookie sheet 35-40 minutes or until browned and filling is set.

Serves 6.
