GREEN BEANS AU GRATIN 
1 lb. fresh green beans, cooked
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 tsp. minced oniontsp. minced green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. grated cheese

Cook beans. Meantime cook celery, onion and green pepper in the butter over low heat until tender. Add sugar and pour over the hot drained beans. Season to taste. Top with grated cheese and put into the oven just until the cheese melts.
