CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
2 heads cabbage 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Campbell's nacho cheese soup 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese 2 c. crushed crackers 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder Boil cabbage with the salt, pepper and garlic powder cook 25 minutes or longer until tender. Drain well and use potato masher to break up and drain again. Add to pan and mix with soup and nacho cheese smooth out cabbage mixture in pan. Add Cheddar and Mozzarella as topping. Add crackers to melted butter and mix well. Add on top of cheese spread and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes after covering with foil. Let set at least 15 minutes before serving. |
