QUICK CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. head of cabbage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
Bread or cracker crumbs

After cutting into slices boil cabbage for 10 minutes; set aside. Fry hamburger until red is out of it. Drain. Add to cabbage, hamburger, milk and soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake in greased casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
