PORK CHOP - CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. diced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. flour

Brown chops in oil. Remove from oil and set aside. Combine onion, soup, milk, salt and pepper in pan and blend well. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with Pam. Place alternating layers of potatoes and cabbage. Sprinkle each with flour. Pour soup mixture over top. Place pork chops on top and cover.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
