This recipe was so good. At school we used this deep fried fish batter with pizza. "It was wow". Very good.

We made this a couple years back. It's so good that u can eat the fried batter alone. I've used generic brands of pancake mix and also bisquik. Best taste results with bisquik.

I didn't have clear soda handy so I used good-ole water but they still came out really good. Crispy on the outside but juicy in the inside. Reminds me of Culvers.

This is the best recipe for fish that I have ever made and I'm from the east coast so we love our fish and it is perfect. I used Biscuit instead for pancake mix and yum yum added a little bit of salt and WOW! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
