COOKIE DOUGH PIE CRUST 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Toss flour, salt and sugar to mix. Add butter and work into a dough. Press into bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Use for open- faced fruit pies. To use for chiffon and other cooked pudding pies; chill, prick and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
