EGG WRAP 
PER SERVING:

2 eggs
1 wrap (I use tortilla)
butter
your favorite toppings such as: cheese, chopped sausage, ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers
your favorite spices

Prepare desired toppings so they are ready to go. You will need a pan close to the same size a your wrap (10-inches) or it may not work.

Heat you pan on medium-high heat, and melt butter in it. Scramble the eggs and pour into pan, coating the entire base of the pan. Wait about 20 seconds then sprinkle your chosen toppings over the egg. Immediately lay and push wrap over top of the topping allowing it to stick to the not quite cooked egg. Flip egg side up onto a plate and roll up like you would to a normal wrap and enjoy!
