CHEESE SCRAMBLED EGGS 
2-3 eggs
50g (about 2 level tablespoons) cheese
milk
butter

Simply crack eggs into a bowl, add grated cheese and as much milk to your liking. Place butter in a hot frying pan and wait until it has melted. Empty the contents into the hot pan.

Leave for about a minute to settle, as would be done if making an omelet. Start mixing it together then serve toast.

Very simple and fast recipe that is a nice change of pace from ordinary scrambled eggs. If you are watching cholesterol or calories, butter is not necessary, simple non-stick spray does the trick!

Once had Romanian eggs in San Diego one morning, same basic idea, but try crumbled Feta for a rel treat! PS - Also killer on fried eggs!
