GREAT SCRAMBLED EGGS 
3 eggs
1 cup milk
bacon bits
shredded cheese
1 tablespoon dairy sour cream
parsley, for garnish

Put about 3 eggs (depending on how much you want to make) into a bowl with about a cup of milk. Stir. Pour in frying pan heated on about medium. Let cook until starts to turn into scrambled eggs, frequently stirring with spatula.

Add a palm full of bacon bits (may vary according to your taste) and stir again. You now can add the same amount of cheese. When almost finished, put a spoonful of sour cream in the pan and stir again. Let cook until sour cream has cooked in.

Serve in a bowl with a sprinkle of parsley on top.
