REALLY FLUFFY SCRAMBLED EGGS 
6 eggs or egg whites
1 tbsp. water
hot pepper sauce, to taste (your favorite)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Whisk eggs and remaining ingredients vigorously until it starts to retain air bubbles.

Preheat frying pan and spray with oil or one pat of real butter. Pour slowly into pan. Constantly move spatula back and forth until cooked through... but not over-cooked.

Serve with wheat toast and other sides you prefer. Enjoy the best fluffy eggs in the universe!

Sub the T water - for a T of half/half or just milk. Will fluff up eggs to double size. Dash or two of garlic & onion powder added.... means lock the door & don't answer if anyone knocks.
