OATMEAL COOKIE PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. flour

Melt butter, stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour in pie pan. Press to bottom and sides. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

This is awesome, I cannot do pastry stuff, it melts and makes sludge mess. This worked wonderful for my boyfriends favorite birthday pie, coconut cream. I used shaved coconut for the nuts. Delicious and EASY:)

I love this pie crust especially for pumpkin pie but I add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. I also always use brown sugar
