Oatmeal Pie Crust

 Eric (Maryland) says:
I made this to spec and realized it badly needs sugar, It tastes like eating flour with oatmeal. Maybe add 1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar? Willing to experiment with sugars as this is an easy and cheap crust to make.

Agreed, i added sugar. 1/4 cup. Probably could have used a little more. Used it for a pumpkin pie crust. Also added a bit of cinnamon. With a little more tweaking i would say its a great alternative to plain pie crust.
