“APPLE CIDER GLAZED HAM” IS IN:

APPLE CIDER GLAZED HAM 
4-5 lb. ham
2c. fresh apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4c. honey
16 whole cloves
16 whole allspice
4 tsp. cornstarch
thin sliced red & green apples

Bake ham as directed.

Combine cider and spices in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes. Remove spices.

Mix honey and cornstarch; stir into cider. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.

Begin glazing 30 minutes before ham is done. After 15 minutes, remove ham from oven and arrange apple slices around the top. Continue to bake remaining 15 minutes, glazing ham occasionally, until done.
