30 CALORIE CHAI TEA LATTE-HOT OR ICED | |
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup sugar free Oregon Chai Tea Latte 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 cup ice shot of espresso (optional) Hot Chai Tea Latte: Pour warm almond milk into a cup. Add Chai over milk & top with cinnamon. Add a shot of espresso if desired. Mix well and serve. Iced Chai Tea Latte: Pour almond milk over ice; add Chai over milk and top with cinnamon.
