3 words: FAB-U-LOUS! Marinated 2 t-bone steaks yesterday for about two hours and my daughter grilled them. Not sure how long she cooked them, but they were soooo tender and very flavorful. I had to use xtra virgin olive oil because thats what I had on hand. Other than that I didn't make any changes. I love it when the simplest of ingredients produces spectacular food. This made our steaks better than any restaurant. Whoever you are, thanx for this steak marinade. IT'S THE BOMB-DIGGITY!!
