CHOCOLATE ORANGE BROWNIES 
4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 c. lightly salted butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar (dark)
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. orange flavored chocolate liqueur (such as Orange Curacao)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini-chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour the bottom and sides of a 9 inch square baking pan.

In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate over low heat. Stir to blend. Cool slightly. Stir in butter. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, beat the sugar and eggs with electric mixer for 5 minutes until light and thick. Beat in chocolate mixture until blended. Beat in liqueur, vanilla and orange peel. Beat in flour and salt until blended. Stir in the chips.

Scrape the batter into prepared baking pan and spread evenly with spatula. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Set the pan on a wire rack and let cool 30 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap, let cool completely. Cut brownies into 16 pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
