Made this Delicious! I used chicken thighs that's all I had and added cayenne pepper bc I love spicy! Scrumptious :)

I didn't have the stove top stuffing but I used a combo of mashed croutons and bread crumbs. the seasonings sounded a little boring so I added tarragon, thyme, savory, chive, cayenne pepper, along with salt and pepper and ground it all fine in grinder. the drippings I added water, wine, white balsamic along with bouillon and thickened to make a artery clogging gravy. oh I cut up a whole fryer in instead of the breasts and also sliced the breasts in half I could have 10 pieces instead of 8.

Cut the cooking time at least in half or the chicken breasts get all dried out and chalky inside.

@Joyce, stuffing is considered a dry ingredient and is mixed together with the flour, etc.

What exactly is a deep shallow pan? Seems like an oxymoron...
