STOVETOP STUFFING OVEN BAKED FRIED CHICKEN | |
3 eggs 3 tablespoons milk 2 teaspoons paprika 4 large chicken breasts 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 cups crushed stuffing mix 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper 1 1/2 cups flour deep shallow pan 1 cup butter, melted Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together eggs and milk in one large bowl. Set aside. Mix all the dry ingredients together in another bowl. Dip each chicken breast into egg mixture, then dredge in stuffing and flour mix. Repeat until all 4 pieces are coated. Set in the baking pan. Now, pour the melted butter over the tops of the chicken. Bake for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Submitted by: claudia chandler |
