EASY OVEN BAKED BBQ CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken tenders, trimmed (can use boneless breasts, cut in strips)

SAUCE:

1 1/2 cups ketchup (can be no salt)
4 tbsp. soy sauce (can be lite)
1 tbsp. sherry or wine vinegar (or to taste)

Mix sauce ingredients in a large measuring cup. Can make any amount depending on how much chicken you are serving.

Place tenders in a 9x12-inch Pyrex baking dish and pour sauce mixture over chicken.

Place in non-heated 300°F oven and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on thickness of chicken and any oven variation (such as convection). Place foil loosely over Pyrex for the first 1/2 cook time.
