YEAST ROLLS 
5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. hot water (not boiling)

Mix dry ingredients together. Add water, oil; mix in egg. Knead until dough becomes elastic.

Put into greased bowl and let rise until dough doubles in bowl. Can be kept in refrigerator overnight. Roll out and let rise again. Bake 350 degrees.
