CHEESY CORNED BEEF | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 lb. sauerkraut (1 can) 1 lb. corned beef 1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip) 1/3 c. ketchup 2 lb. can tomatoes (chopped and drained) 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 3/4 c. rye bread crumbs 4 tbsp. butter 8 oz. pkg. noodles (drained and cooked) Toss noodles with butter and place in bottom of 13x9 casserole. Layer with sauerkraut, then corned beef. Combine ketchup and salad dressing. Spread over beef. Top with tomatoes and cover with Swiss cheese. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6-8. |
