CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, boiled and boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. broth from chicken
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 stick butter

Mix chicken, soup, broth and vegetables. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add milk, then flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Note: Sometimes I use 1 can of green peas (drained) and chopped potatoes instead of mixed vegetables.
