MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
Crumbs from 2 slices bread
2 sm. eggs
3 rounded tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Maryland lump crab meat, previously cooked and picked
butter for frying

Blend all ingredients thoroughly, except crab. Add crab meat and gently toss to retain lumps. Mold into cakes and fry in butter until lightly browned. Yield: 8 to 10 cakes.
