RICHWOOD MANOR MARYLAND CRAB
CAKES
 
1 can lump crab meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 level tbsp. dry mustard
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients above. Form into cakes and either broil, pan saute or deep fry.
