CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 tsp. black pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread (crumbs)
1 tsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together and make into cakes. Fry in shallow frying pan.
