PARMESAN CRAB CAKES | |
Prep. time 15 minutes. Cooking time 6 minutes. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delight Flakes, rinsed, chopped 1 c. (4 oz.) Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. finely chopped red or green pepper 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. oil Mix together first 6 ingredients until well blended. Shape mixture into eight 3 inch patties. Coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. |
