MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash parsley flakes
Dash red pepper

Shape into cakes and fry until brown.
