1 lb. crab meat
1/2 tbsp. parsley or flakes
1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 egg
2 slices bread, cut sm.
Salt
Pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into cakes and fry.
