BLANCHE'S OVER 75 YEARS SWEET & SOUR RED CABBAGE | |
1 tbsp. shortening 1 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 sm. head red cabbage, shredded 1/4 tsp. caraway seed 1/4 c. water 1 chopped onion In large skillet saute onion, add cabbage and all other ingredients. Cover and cook slowly until done. Do not let it burn! |
